We are always looking to add serious players to our club. Please contact the Club Director if you are interested, regardless of the season.  Players who have already committed to another club, should honor that commitment and wait until the off-season. New arrivals to the area or unattached players are welcome at any time, depending upon team size.

The teams may have some room for a player because of injury or time conflict, contact our Coaches or the Club Director for details.

Insurance requires that players must be AAU members in order to take part.

Join AAU at their website (our new club code is NIBWX6XKB8 and join the enhanced AB level $14) or bring the $14 cash fee to gym. AAU cards are based on an 8/31 renewal date.

Be prepared to place a $150 deposit toward your players fee if she is offered a spot on a team. Athletic and Financial Need based Scholarships are available.

Every position on every one of our teams is open to competition each year. Returning players enjoy a "tiebreaker" benefit but are not guaranteed a roster spot. Players must continue to focus and work on their game in order to defend their playing time.

Our club is designed to encourage the best players in the area to play together rather than spread out between the 10 Buffalo area clubs. This was demonstrated in 2004 and again in 2005 when 10 of the 20 All WNY players were Rapids. This has been the trend for several years. The 2005 Player of  the Year, Kelly Regan, was a Rapid for 4 years.  The 2006 tally was 9 of 20 Rapids and Alumnae with 16 other area clubs. This density of talent attracts college coaches and allows us to enter more difficult tournaments as well as win more games at Junior Nationals. Playing the best to be the best. Practicing against higher quality teammates also provides obvious dividends.   Visit our Alumni page to see our player history.

We set our number of teams by player demand and availability of quality coaches.
