Team Volunteer Positions

    Team Mom/Dad - Catch all volunteers, coordinate any communication needed within team and between Club and families. Makes sure players have fun while playing hard.

    Medical- Maintain med kit, help with players in need.

    Travel Coordinator- Handle hotel reservations when team is overnight. Provide Club with timely information if club wide reservations are being placed. 

    Fundraiser- Coordinates fundraising activities.

    PR- Submits press releases about tournament results.

    Team Brochure Coordinator - Pulls together information needed for brochure in the proper format.

Club Volunteer Positions

    Advertising Manager- Coordinates the ads in the program, sales, collections, credits to families. This is an important fundraiser.

    Fundraiser- Coordinates with the team fundraisers for Club wide activities.   

    Travel Coordinator- Handles reservations when Club is attending tournaments together.   

    Rumble Program Coordinator- Publishes tournament program.   

    Rumble Site Manager (3 or 4)- Controls a group of courts in our tournament, wide variety of responsibilities. Host(ess). Troubleshooter.

    College Coach Liaison - Notifies  D2 and D3 coaches about our tournament. Notifies all  Divisions about our website information on the players. Mails our player profiles to D1 Coaches within 500 miles.
